Banana Berry Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon LSA
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • ½ cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon whey powder
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil

Features:

  • Healthy fats, vitamins and minerals

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

LSA: Combination of ground linseeds, sesame seeds and almonds and is a fantastic addition for healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
